Whether she is working with buyers or seller, Aki makes it her number-one priority to communicate. She strives to understand her clients on a deep level, all the better to help them meet their needs, and she finds a deep sense of fulfillment in knowing that she has left her clients satisfied. Honest and ethical, she has run her own business, launching a small custom flooring company out of Sarasota shortly after her arrival to the US, giving her a unique perspective and a sharp eye for marketing, negotiations, and closing.

From a young age, Aki found herself drawn to both the creative world and the business world. Growing up in Japan, she studied music in high school and then earned her bachelor’s in Business. She has continued to honor her Japanese heritage, cherishing in particular the traditional kimono, the Japanese tea ceremony, and Zen teachings. Because her mother, father and brother still reside in Japan, she goes back often, though she has also built herself a life (and a reputation) in the United States, becoming known as a real estate professional whom people trust to drive result and keep her promises.

Aki is fluent in Japanese and English, and when she is not hard at work in the office or showing her clients around new homes, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, and spending time in nature. She also travels regularly, seeking out adventure around the glove.
